Ascended Living Terms and Conditions

1. Nature of Services
I acknowledge that Nathan S. Zeleznick, Esther (Yemaya) van de Belt, Ian Mitchell, and any other instructors, facilitators, or practitioners affiliated with Integrated Ascension Method are not licensed medical doctors, psychologists, financial advisors, or attorneys. They serve solely as intuitive guides, energy practitioners, educators, and wellness facilitators. I acknowledge that I am responsible for seeking professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice independently, and that I will not begin or stop any medication or treatment without first consulting my physician or licensed health provider.

2. Health Conditions and Participation

I agree to notify Integrated Ascension Method and Wizard Sciences of any physical, psychological, or medical conditions that could impact my ability to safely participate in this program. This allows the team to offer accommodations if appropriate. I understand that participation is voluntary, and I take full responsibility for my physical and mental health throughout the program.

3. Practitioner Roles

If any program facilitator holds a license or certification outside of Integrated Ascension Method or Wizard Sciences (e.g., medical, psychological), I understand they are not acting in that licensed capacity during the program. Any advice or insight shared is strictly personal opinion and not professional counsel.

4. Product and Supplement Disclaimer
Any mention or use of supplements, frequency devices, or treatments, including those provided by Wizard Sciences (e.g., serums, VSEL PPT treatment), are for informational and wellness purposes only. Integrated Ascension Method does not provide medical advice and makes no claims of diagnosis, cure, or prevention of any disease.

5. Session Conduct & Dismissal
I understand that Integrated Ascension Method and Wizard Sciences reserves the right to dismiss any participant from the program, without refund, if the participant is disruptive, disrespectful, or violates the spirit or safety of the container.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage
All materials, sessions, meditations, techniques, frameworks, methods, soundtracks, and practices shared by Integrated Ascension Method (including content from Nathan S. Zeleznick, Esther (Yemaya) van de Belt, and affiliated partners such as Dr. Jeffrey Thompson and Ian Mitchell) are the intellectual property of their respective creators. These are provided for personal use only. I agree not to record, reproduce, summarize, or teach this material to others in any format, without explicit written permission from the Integrated Ascension Method.

7. Media Release
I grant Integrated Ascension Method and its affiliates the right to record and use my voice, likeness, and testimonials (excluding private 1-on-1 sessions unless I agree to said recording/use) in audio, video, and written formats for marketing or educational purposes. I may opt out of public use by providing written notice in advance.

8. Scheduling & No-Show Policy
Private session bookings must be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so or arriving more than 5 minutes late without notice may result in forfeiting the session with no refund.

9. No Refund Policy

Due to the highly personalized nature of the Ascended Living program—including private one-on-one sessions, individualized support, and scientifically-based treatments—all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any portion of the program.

This policy reflects the significant time, energy, and resources committed to each participant from the moment of enrollment. By joining, you acknowledge that your investment secures a space in a carefully curated experience designed specifically for you.

10. Lifetime Access Terms
Where "lifetime access" is offered (e.g., for meditation tracks, sound therapies, breathwork routines), this refers to the operational lifetime of the program, not the lifetime of the participant. Access may be discontinued if the Integrated Ascension Method discontinues the program. Participants agree to these terms with no expectation of refund or compensation.

11. Payment Defaults
If a participant is on a payment plan and misses a payment, access to the program may be paused until payment is made. Participants must notify Integrated Ascension Method of any billing issues or card updates to avoid disruption.

12. Code of Conduct & Revocation
Integrated Ascension Method reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any participant from the program or related communities without refund if they engage in harassment, abuse, or other behavior deemed inappropriate, harmful, or illegal.
